All payments are processed securely via **Razorpay** (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
3. How does Razorpay payment and plan activation work?
Step-by-step:
  1. User completes payment via Razorpay.
  2. Razorpay sends a secure **webhook** to Code Hub.
  3. Webhook instantly activates your purchased plan (Starter / Pro / Enterprise).
  4. Your dashboard updates within **1–10 seconds**.
If activation delays: refresh dashboard or contact support.
4. Are my payments secure?
Absolutely. Code Hub uses:

6. Why is my plan still showing Free after payment?
Common reasons:
  • Webhook from Razorpay not yet delivered (rarely takes 3–20 seconds).
  • Network delay or browser cache.
  • Incorrect or expired user session.
Fix:
  • Logout → Login again
  • Hard refresh (CTRL + F5)
  • Clear browser cache
If still not updating, contact support with your **Payment ID**.
7. How long does a plan remain active?
  • Monthly Plans: 30 Days validity
  • Yearly Plans: 365 Days validity

8. Can I get a refund?
