Fair & Transparent Refund Policy
Code Hub follows the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019 and
RBI Payment & Settlement Rules.
All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are allowed in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service.
- Payment Failure: Amount deducted but plan not activated.
- Technical Issue: You cannot access the purchased plan or dashboard due to Code Hub’s error.
- Service Not Delivered: If a paid plan feature is unavailable for more than 48 hours.
Refunds NOT allowed in these cases:
- User purchased plan by mistake but used the service.
- User changed mind after activation.
- Wrong email entered during purchase.
- Continuous misuse, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
- UPI/Wallet payments where service was delivered correctly.
2. Plan-Specific Refund Rules
Starter / Basic / Monthly Plans (₹79/ ₹149 / ₹199 etc.)
- Refund only if plan was NOT activated due to technical error.
- No refund once development tools (Editor, API, Debugger) have been accessed.
3-Month / 6-Month / Yearly Plans
- Eligible for refund only if claimed within 48 hours and service was not used.
- Pro-rated refunds are not supported as per digital service policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@codehubpro.org
- Subject: Refund Request – [Your Plan]
- Include:
- Registered email
- Payment ID (Razorpay)
- Plan name
- Reason for refund
Processing Time: 3–7 business days (Razorpay standard)
4. Razorpay Refund Timeline
- UPI: 2–4 business days
- Net Banking: 3–7 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3–10 business days
5. Automatic Refunds
Automatic refund is triggered when:
- Payment is deducted but Razorpay fails to confirm it.
- Order is marked “failed” or “timed out”.
- Webhook failure prevents plan activation.
6. Cancellation vs Refund
- Cancellation: Stops future billing.
- Refund: Returns money only in eligible cases.
