1. Overview of Services

Code Hub offers the following cloud-based developer services:

• AI-powered Debug Engine
• Online IDE & multi-language compiler
• API Access with API keys
• Secure cloud storage for code
• Razorpay-based subscription system
• Deployment tools and cloud computing features

2. User Accounts

2.1 Accurate Information

You must provide valid email and details. Fraudulent accounts or misuse may lead to suspension.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for protecting your password and API keys. Code Hub is not liable for unauthorized account usage caused by user negligence.

2.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Code Hub.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

Available Plans

• Free Plan: Limited API & IDE usage
• Starter – ₹79/month
• Pro IDE Plan – ₹149/month
• API Developer Plan – ₹299/month
• Debug Engine Pro – ₹599/month
• Enterprise Suite – ₹2,999/month (custom limits + priority support)

3.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay using UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

3.2 Subscription Activation

Plans activate instantly after Razorpay Webhook verification.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Monthly/Yearly plans auto-renew unless cancelled from your dashboard.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds follow the official Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Upload malware, bots, ransomware, harmful scripts
• Use Code Hub for hacking or illegal cyber activities
• Bypass or manipulate Razorpay payment flow
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI Engine or IDE
• Abuse API endpoints or exceed rate limits
• Share your API keys or paid account with others

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Data Privacy & Security

We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

5.1 Your Data

• Your code belongs to you.
• Stored using AES-256 encryption.
• We do not access your private projects unless requested for support.

5.2 Logs & Monitoring

We log system activity for security to detect attacks, malware, or API abuse.

5.3 Third-Party Processing

Payment details are handled by Razorpay only; we never store card/UPI data.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Code Hub’s AI Debug Engine may generate suggestions. You must validate correctness before using it in production.

7. Service Availability

We try to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance may interrupt service temporarily.

8. Limitation of Liability

Code Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or failed deployments.

9. Termination of Accounts

Your account may be terminated for:

• Payment fraud
• Malware injection or hacking misuse
• API abuse or server attacks
• Violation of Indian cyber laws

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be handled in the courts of New Delhi.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Users will be notified of major changes.
